David A. Westbrook is Floyd H. & Hilda L. Hurst Faculty Scholar and Professor of Law at the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York and Visiting Professor of Law at the University of Kansas and Washburn University. His books include Navigators of the Contemporary: Why Ethnography Matters (University of Chicago Press 2008) and Between Citizen and State: An Introduction to the Corporation (Paradigm 2007).
